Our Story
Founders Henry Tan and Andy Tan are brothers with a passion for athletics and sports.
As a former OUA All Star and Team Ontario basketball player, Henry suffered a significant injury when he tore his ACL and meniscus. Enduring the grueling rehabilitation process first-hand, Henry gained invaluable insights into the challenges of injury recovery and the importance of proper movement mechanics. Pursuring physiotherapy combined his love for sports and his dedication to helping other overcome similar obstacles and acheiving their health goals.
As a former Ontario Youth Boxing Champion and avid volleyball player, Andy's love for sports inspired his new passion, running. While training for his first marathon, Andy went to Henry for treatment to help him with his shin splits and nagging injuries.
After experiencing how quality physiotherapy improved his running form and mechanics from Henry's mobile treatment sessions...
Tandem Therapy was created to help others achieve optimal movement health in the comfort of their home.
